Weapon of Choice phase 2 - Grant award

15 July 2010

The Big Lottery fund have kindly awarded Pan a two year grant to continue the Weapon of Choice project. They join St Andrews Holborn in supporting the project which will enable us to build on the success of the 2009 pilot. If you are interested in hosting a workshop or performance in your youth centre or school please contact Pan.

Weapon of Choice Phase 2 will see the project develop arts based workshops around the scenes and issues raised by 'Panopticism', the gun and knife crime performance which toured schools, theatres and community centres in 2009.  The young Project Directors are also eager to build on the success of the project and develop other performances which look at the issues raised by young audience members in post performance debates. We are currently looking for performance venues, including schools, community centres and theatres, to hold performances and workshops.
