Act 2: The Power of Theatre Post Conflict – 15 July 2010

As well as the performances by Shakthi, Pan will lead a week of workshops and skills sharing in Geneva with the Sri Lankan group and 12 other participants from war-torn zones around the world, before a day-long conference at the International Red Cross Centre, and performances on World Peace Day.
At the end of June 2010 Pan's Artistic Director, John Martin, and General Manager, Ellie Stout, spent a week in Sri Lanka where they caught up with the Shakthi group and worked with them on the performance which they will present at the conference in Switzerland. Weapon of Choice phase 2 - Grant award – 15 July 2010

Weapon of Choice Phase 2 will see the project develop arts based workshops around the scenes and issues raised by 'Panopticism', the gun and knife crime performance which toured schools, theatres and community centres in 2009. The young Project Directors are also eager to build on the success of the project and develop other performances which look at the issues raised by young audience members in post performance debates. ...More Information
Summer Garden Party – 15 July 2010
