Taste of Memory - end of a great project – 6 September 2011
Stories, Songs and Tastes of food
Fortune, Pan's group of young refugees and asylum seekers, worked on the subject of FOOD for the last year, researching their food memories, looking at how they create their food here in the UK, and wondering how this changes the British cuisine.
They created promenade performances and installations at Chats Palace & Rose Bruford College, and have now released a DVD and a bookcreated by the participants.Available from Pan ...More Information
